How to restore:
Download the backup file from our website
Open WinQS, click on the Menu option RESTORE
The system will, by default, look for the backup file in the path specified in Preferences. If the data is on a stand-alone computer, this will generally be:
\C:\Userprofile\WinQSData\Backups\Project Folder …(where “User profile” is generally “My Documents”)
Any backup file may be restored, irrespective of the project currently active.
Point to the backup that you downloaded in step 1 and double click on the backup file and restore – please remember to READ the prompts as described above under “Warnings”
Note: Users will not be able to restore backups that have been opened in a later version.
